Ingredients Wt 325gms
Refined flour 115 gms.
Margarine or Butter 55 gms.
Eggs 2 Nos.
Powdered Sugar 85 gms.
Baking Powder 1 tsp.
Soda Bi-carb 1/2 tsp.
Milk as required
Cocoa Powder 2 tbsp.
Chocolate essence 1 tsp.
Cooking Method
1 .Sieve the flour with the baking powder,
cocoa powder and soda bicarbonate. Whisk
the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add eggs and beat well. Add the essence
and fold in the refined flour with sufficient
milk to make a soft consistency. Pour in a
greased and lined 6” baking round cake tin.
2 .Select the program and press START.
The microwave oven will preheat. After
preheating, place the baking tin on glass
turntable and press START.
3. After baking, cool the cake on a wire
rack. Cut and serve.
