1 Mix together the ghee, ginger garlic
paste, onion, black cardamom, cloves,
cinnamon and mixed vegetables in a
microwave safe glass bowl.
Place the bowl in microwave oven, Select
the program and press START.
2 Upon beep, add rice, salt and water, mix
well and press START.
3 Garnish with chopped coriander and
serve hot.
