Coconut oil 1/2 tsp
Cooking Method
1 Grind the coconut, green chillies and
cumin with a little water and keep aside.
2 In a microwave safe glass bowl add all the
vegetables with some water, place it in the
microwave oven, select the program and
press START.
3 Upon beep, add coconut oil, curry leaves
and turmeric powder, in another microwave
safe cookware, place it in microwave oven
and press START.
4 Upon beep, add yogurt, salt, sugar and
coconut paste, mix well and press START.
Serve hot with roti or rice.

drumsticks, and water (3cups) in a
microwave safe glass bowl, place it in the
microwave, select the program and press
START. (Check in between and add more
water if required.)
