Cooking Method
1 Marinade fish with salt and lemon juice
for 5 minutes.
2 Grind green chilli, coriander & garlic to
fine paste .Add chilli powder, besan, food
color and mix well.
3 Apply spice paste to fish and let it
marinate for 10 minutes.
4 Place high rack on the glass turntable.
Arrange fish on the tawa. Place tawa on
high rack.
5 Select the program and Press START.
6 When beep , Turn over fish and press
START
7 Serve hot.
