STEERING WHEEL POSITION ADJUSTMENT
Steering wheel position adjustment
– When the vehicle is stopped, adjust
the seat to the appropriate position
(see Page 30);
– Push the steering wheel adjusting
handle down to the limit and then
release it for locking;
– Move the steering wheel to make it
towards your front chest instead of
face. Ensure that all instruments and
indicator lamps on the instrument
panel are visible to you;
– The steering wheel angle can be
adjusted by tensioning back and
forth as well as moving up and down;
after appropriate adjustment, pull the
adjusting handle upwards to the top
limit to lock the steering wheel;
– Try to move the steering wheel back
and forth as well as up and down to
conrm that the steering wheel has
been tightly locked in place.
Note:
When the steering wheel is locked, it is
normal that the steering wheel will move
axially slightly when being forcibly pulled
or pressed. However, please do not try
like that.
Warning:
It is prohibited to adjust the steering
wheel position during driving.
