D: Automatic direct gear
D gear is for normal use and can be
applied for vehicle start at any time.
The automatic transmission can
automatically realize shifting within 1

gears according to the vehicle
driving condition.
M: Manual gear
This gear can be used for manual
gearshift.
Push towards “+” for upshift,
Pull towards “-” for downshift,
The gear can be shifted only when
the vehicle and engine speeds are
appropriate.
TRANSMISSION (STARTING/DRIVING) *
Selection of driving mode
• Press down the S key, the indicator
lamp S will be lighted and the vehicle
will enter the sports mode; press
down the S key again to return to the
normal mode.
• Press down the “
” key, the indicator
lamp “
” will be lighted and the
vehicle will enter the snow mode
(when the 1
st
gear fails to function).
Start the vehicle at 2
nd
gear. Press
down the “
” key again to return to
the normal mode.
• The switchover between M gear and
D gear can be performed at any time.

P: Parking gear
During parking, park the vehicle
completely stably at rst and then switch
the shift lever to this gear.
Switch the shift lever to P gear and then
apply the parking brake to prevent the
vehicle from sliding during parking.
R: Reverse gear
During reversing, park the vehicle
completely stably at rst and then switch
the shift lever to the reverse gear.
N: Neutral gear
The neutral switch can be selected
when the driver tends to park the vehicle
briey without leaving the vehicle.
Note:
When the vehicle equipped with the
reverse radar is shifted to the reverse
gear, the radar alarm will beep once.
Note:
It is prohibited to coast the vehicle at
neutral gear during driving.
Note:
It is prohibited to perform manual
downshift forcibly when the engine
speed is higher than 4,000 r/min.
