There is no spark when light-

in and the electrical supply is

Check if the burner cap and
crown are placed correctly.
The flame is extinguishes im-
mediately after lightning.
Thermocouple is not heated
enough.
After lightning the flame,
keep the knob pushed for
about 5 seconds.
The gas ring burns unevenly. Burner crown is blocked with
food remains.
Check if the main injector
and the burner crown are
not blocked with food re-
mains.

solution to the problem yourself, contact
