Why is my Imetec TITANOX K109 Iron not dispensing steam?

  If your Imetec Iron is dispensing little to no steam, several factors could be at play. Ensure the steam selector is set to the desired level. Check that there's enough water in the reservoir. There might be residue in the steam chamber or plate, so perform the Self Clean procedure. Also, avoid using chemical additives, scented liquids, or descaling agents, as these can damage the iron. Finally, if you're using pure distilled or softened water, try mixing tap water (50%) with it.

  If the plate of your Imetec Iron remains cold or does not heat up, first ensure that the plug is correctly inserted into the socket, or try another socket. Also, verify that the temperature adjustment knob is not set to the minimum temperature.

  If your Imetec Iron leaks water from the plate, it could be due to the plate temperature being too low because the super-steam button was pressed too often. Allow slightly longer intervals between steam bursts. Alternatively, the temperature adjustment knob may be set too low; try turning it to the Max level.

Why is the plate temperature LED on my Imetec TITANOX K109 Iron going on and off?

  The plate temperature LED switching ON and OFF on your Imetec Iron indicates the heating phase. The LED will turn off once the set temperature has been reached; this is normal operation.
