  If your Imetec Iron isn't producing steam, several factors could be at play. First, ensure that both the iron and boiler are switched on by pressing their respective ON buttons. Also, verify that you are pressing the steam button during operation. If the 'no water' LED is illuminated, refill the boiler.   If patches remain wet after steam ironing with your Imetec Iron, it's likely due to steam condensing on the ironing board. Try passing the iron over the wet patches several times without using steam. If the ironing board itself is wet, dry it with a cloth. Using a mesh ironing board can also prevent steam condensation.

  If steam escapes from the boiler safety cap of your Imetec Iron during use, the cap may not be correctly closed, or water might have leaked during refilling. Turn the appliance off and let it cool down. Remove the safety cap, dry any water around the filling opening, and then securely tighten the cap before switching the iron back on.
