  If patches remain wet after steam ironing with your Imetec Iron, it's likely due to steam condensing on the ironing board. Try passing the iron over the wet patches several times without using steam. If the ironing board itself is wet, dry it with a cloth. Using a mesh ironing board can also prevent steam condensation.

Turn the appliance off and let it cool down. Remove the safety cap, dry any water around the filling opening, and then securely tighten the cap before switching the iron back on.
