Programs profile:
Goals mode: This program consists of Time, Distance and Calories goals to select.
Programs mode: There are 6 sub-programs to select includes Rolling, Fat burn,
Aerobic, Hill run, Hill climb, Hill interval programs.
Fitness test mode: This program is a 12 minutes fitness test.
HRC mode: This HRC program consists of three changeable heart rate goals 65%,
75%, 85%, and one THR (target heart rate).
User mode: You can manually adjust the intensity during your workout, total 32
stages.
Race mode: You can race with console by distance or time entered.
During workout or under start/ready status, if unplug SAFETY KEY, the STOP (as the below
picture) will pop up in the center of the screen and then all of values will return ’0’. At that
time, the treadmill and program immediately stop, but incline stays where it is. To return to
start-ready status, you can plug SAFETY KEY back to emergency stop system.
1. Once insert SAFETY KEY back, the screen will require you to set weight kgs (lbs). You
can press or numerical keys for quick setting. Default value: 70kg (150
