4-4 Exercise Program Summaries:
MANUAL mode
1. Press key, after 3 sec, treadmill starts to run at the lowest speed of 0.8 kph (0.5
mph). Default (red point) runs counter-clockwise on race track. The bottom left corner of
screen shows target laps. Every lap is 0.4km (0.25ml). You can press
key to
switch screen between race track and bar chart.
2. Speed increment is 0.1 kph (mph), you can press speed +/- key to increase or decrease
speed. You can also press key, and then press numerical keys for target speed
value.
3. Incline increment is 1, press incline +/- key to increase or decrease incline. You can also
press
key and then press numerical keys for target incline value.
4. TIME starts to accumulate until it reaches 99:59 , then treadmill stops and returns to
start/ready status automatically.
5. When treadmill is running, you can press
key to stop motor, but incline stays where
it is, at that time, ”PAUSE” appears on the screen. If press key again, the motor
restarts to run and until previou speed.
Goals
Time Goal: This program is to set the target workout time, once the goal is reached,
treadmill stops automatically.
Distance Goal: This program serves to test your endurance. Once distance is completed,
