Calories Goal: This program serves for weight control. Once goal calories are burned
within a certain time, the treadmill stops automatically.
1. Once this program is selected, press key, then you can press key or
numerical keys to adjust values.
Time: range 20-99 min
Default: 20 min
Increment: 1 min
Distance: range 1-99 km
Default: 5 km
Increment: 1 km
Calorie: range 40-999 kcal
Default: 500 kcal
Increment: 1 kcal
2. After finish setting values, you can press key to start the program.
3. You can press key to revert default setting or press key to return to
start/ready status.
4. After finish setting values, press key to start the program. During setting, you can
also press key to start the program.
5. During your workout, press speed/incline+/-key or numerical keys to change speed and
incline.
6. The treadmill will stop by the time setting goal of TIME/DISTANCE/CALORIES is
reached.
Programs
1. Once this program is selected, you can further select sub-programs includes Rolling, Fat
burn, Aerobic, Hill runHill climb and Hill intervals. There are 6 sub-programs.
2. After sub-program is selected, press key to adjust the workout level. There
are total 10 levels of intensity.
3. Press , at this time you can press key to adjust TIME (Default: 20 min,
Range: 20-99min).
4. You can press key to revert to default setting or press key to return to
