5. After finish setting values, press key to start the program. During setting, you can
also press key to start the program.
6. During workout, you can use speed +- key and incline↑↓key to adjust workout level.
There are 8 levels.
Fitness Test
1. The program time is 12 minutes which is divided into 32 stages.
2. You are required to enter age (13~80) and sex. Program will be exercised based on your
setting.
3. After finish setting values, press key to start the program. During setting, you can
also press key to start the program.
4. Preset speed is 2.0 kph (1.2 mph)
5. Once program is exercised, you can only use speed +- key, while program blocks
incline↑↓key and key. This intends for you to run at flat ground (Level 0) for 12
minutes. Program will calculate result based on total exercise distance.
6. Once program is finished, screen displays YOUR FTINESS TEST RESULT by popping
up number# 1~5. #1 represents the worst fitness result and #5 represents the best fitness
result.
