2. Under start/ready status, press key, you can choose program profiles includes
Goals, Programs, Fitness Test,、HRC, USER and Race. The selected program would be
framed in blue, then press key to enter.
3. The guiding texts will be shown on the screen to guide you for the next setting step by
step.
4. Under any setting screen, you can press key to cancel editing, to revert to default
setting or to return to previous screen.
5. During your workout, setting values will count down until “0”, by the time, program is
finished.
6. Under start/ready status, you can press key to enter into manual run.
7. After starting the program, treadmill automatically adjusts the speed and incline in
accordance with the program.
8. The incline system of this treadmill conforms to the relevant safety regulations as below.
8.1. During workout, press key, then main motor and incline motor stop
immediately.
8.2. Once program finishes or the time hits maximum value (99:59), warning sound will
come up, and then treadmill stops to “run end” status.
8.3. During start/ready status if incline is not at LEVEL 0, press key for 2 sec or
press key to start treadmill, incline will automatically return to LEVEL 0.
9. When incline is returning to LEVEL 0, to unplug SAFETY KEY can stop the incline
motor.
10. Programs: once selected, press key to select sub-programs(P1~P6)and then
press key to adjust values. Or press key to start sub-programs(P1~P6)
immediately.
10.1. During level adjustment, bar chart displays INCLINE and SPEED in 1-32 stages.
Press↑↓ to adjust the level intensity L1~L10. (Refer to page 34-39)
10.2. The total workout time to run a PROGRAM is divided by 32 stages.
11. Under PAUSE status, if treadmill hasn’t be resumed after 1 minute, or during workout,
you press
key, treadmill will stop and screen displays workout statistics for 20 sec,
eventually, treadmill returns to start/ready status. (You can press
key to exit this
screen when treadmill stops)
