1. Safety precautions
**Warning:**Before starting any exercise plan, it is advisable to consult a professional doctor first,
especially if you are over 35 years old or if you have had any health problems. We are not responsible
for any resulting injuries. Do not connect the power supply until the electric treadmill is fully installed
and the motor guard is closed.
**Precautionary measures:**
1. Make sure the safety switch clip is attached to your clothing or belt before using the treadmill.
2. Avoid inserting objects into any part of the equipment as this may cause damage to the
equipment.
3. Place the electric treadmill on a clean, flat surface. Avoid installation on thick carpets that may
affect air circulation and avoid proximity to water or outdoor use.
4. Wear appropriate clothing and footwear when exercising to prevent entanglement or slipping.
5. Ensure a safe distance (50 cm - 100 cm) around the device and prevent children or pets from
coming near it.
6. Avoid strenuous exercise within 40 minutes after a meal.
7. Only adults are allowed to use the fitness equipment. Minors require adult supervision.
8. Start gently and hold the handrails until you feel stable on the treadmill.
9. Use the treadmill indoors only in a suitable, moisture-resistant location. Do not make any changes
to the equipment.
10. Replace a damaged power cord only with parts from the original manufacturer or contact our
customer service.
11. Immediately disengage the safety switch if the treadmill accelerates unexpectedly or increases in
speed.
12. To avoid fire hazards, do not overload, extend, modify, or place the power cord near a heat
source.
13. Turn off the power and unplug the treadmill if the treadmill will not be used for an extended
period of time. Use a socket with safety earth.
14. This appliance is intended for home use only.
15. Be aware of the risks of improper or excessive exercise.
17. Inspect the product monthly for loose screws and damaged parts. Replace or repair immediately
if necessary.
