If equipped, disengage the manual drum brake. If the disc brake doesn't release, pressurize the disc brake release port, check for leaks, and replace the brake piston seals if needed. Ensure the air pressure at the disc brake inlet is at least 50 psig (3.4 bar/340 kPa).
