Sit in an upright position and relax.
Take the nebuliser out of its holder on
the compressor and hold it upright.
Switch the compressor on.
The nebuliser will generate a visible
mist (aerosol).
Hold the mouthpiece between your
teeth and enclose it with your lips.
Breathe in through the mouthpiece as
calmly, deeply and evenly as possible.
