If your Insignia TV has no power, ensure the power cord is correctly connected to the TV and the power outlet. If it's connected, unplug the power cord, wait 60 seconds, then plug it back in and turn on your TV. Other devices may be interfering with your TV, so try turning off one device at a time to determine which one is causing the interference, then move it further away from the TV.
