1 – 3 ½” Pulley
1 – 3” Hex Bolt
1 – 1” Barrel Spacer
2 – 3/8” Washers
1 – 3/8” Lock Nut
2 – 3 ½” Pulleys
2 – 2” Hex Bolts
4 – 3/8” Flat Washers
2 – 3/8” Lock Nuts
Step 30: Route Ab Crunch Cable around Pulley 11, which was installed in Step 18, and under
Pulley 22 as Pulley 22 is attached using:
One (3 ½” Pulley) One (3/8” x 3” Hex Bolt) One (1” Barrel Spacer)
Two (3/8” Flat Washers) One (3/8” Lock Nut)
Step 31: Route cable up and around floating pulley 18 and then down and under pulleys 23
& 24 as they are attached using:
Two (3 ½” Pulleys) Two (3/8” x 2” Hex Bolts)
Four (3/8” Flat Washers) Two (3/8” Lock Nuts)
Step 32: Assemble both ends of Ab Crunch Cable. See step 22 on page 18 for details.
NOTE: Wrench Tighten Steps 30-32 Now.
