NOTE: To assemble orthopedic pads, place pad on seat base. Work the edge of pad into
the groove of the seat base on all sides.
2 – 1” Hex Bolts
2 – 3/8” Flat Washers
2 – 1 ¾” Hex Bolts
2 – 3/8” Flat Washers

Step 36: Attach Head Pad to Ab Frame Assembly using: Two (3/8” x 1” Hex Bolts)
Two (3/8” Flat Washers)
Step 37: Attach Seat Base to Backpad Mount using: Two (3/8” x 1 ¾” Hex Bolts)
Two (3/8” Flat Washers)
NOTE: Wrench Tighten both Steps Now,
Do Not Over Tighten.
