Note: Be sure that this
portion of the insert that sticks
out, faces the machine.
2 - Roller Pads with Inserts
2 – Aluminum Endcaps
2 – 1” Flat Head Bolts
.
Assemble Thigh Pads
1 – 2” Hex Bolt in front
1 – 1 ¾” Hex Bolt in Back
2 – 3/8” Flat Washers
4 - Roller Pads
4 – Large Plastic Washers
4 – Aluminum Endcaps Roller Tubes
4 - 1” Flat Head Bolts
Step 38: Insert Seat Stem into Seat Base Frame, One (3/8” x 2” Hex Bolt) In Front
then attach Seat Pad to Seat Stem using: One (3/8” x 1 ¾” Hex Bolt) In Back
Two (3/8” Flat Washers)
NOTE: Wrench tighten now, do not over tighten.
Step 39A: Slide two Spacer Tubes and two Large Plastic Washers onto front Roller Tube,
followed by Roller Pads. Slide two Large Plastic Washers onto Backpad Roller Tube,
followed by Roller Pads. Secure Roller Pads with Aluminum Endcaps and 1” Flat Head
Bolts.
Step 39B: Slide two Roller Pads with Insert onto Leg Extension Roller Tube. Secure Roller Pads
with Aluminum Endcaps and 1” Flat Head Bolts.
NOTE: Wrench Tighten All Flat Head Bolts with the supplied 6mm Allen Wrench.
Step 40: Slide Thigh Pads onto Seat Stem as shown in diagram. Secure with Velcro.
