2. Double click on Setup.exe file located in each OS folder
3. Follow the instructions that the window shows

Step 5 – Install RAID & AHCI Driver
Please refer to Appendix D RAID & AHCI Settings
Step 6 – Install ME Driver
1. Click on the Step 7 - ME folder and double click on
setup.exe file
2. Follow the instructions that the window shows

Step 7 – Install TPM Driver
1. Click on the Step 8 - TPM folder and double click on
Setup.exe file
2. Follow the instructions that the window shows
