I. Troubleshooting
The table below describes some situations which may occur
and how to best solve them. If your particular problem is not
addressed, contact customer service.
Problem Explanation Solution
The Recognition
Phase takes longer
than two minutes.
The sensor is improperly
positioned.
Refer to Tutorial and
Manual Sensor Positioning
section (page 39)
Breathing is too unstable Relax and breathe
normally.
I repeatedly hear
a voice message,
“Breathe with the
guiding tones.”
Breathing is not
synchronized with
the guiding tones.
Begin to gently inhale
then, gradually exhale
soon after the start of
the guiding tones.
Activate the guiding
arrows for assistance.
