6.6 Performing device license upgrade
The functional scope of a device is dependent upon the purchased license. You can expand (upgrade)
this license.
Example: Upgrade from an IF-4070 controller with 8 terminals to a controller with 16 terminals.
After you have ordered the upgrade, Interflex will send you:
▪ The batch file tclicence.bat
The license file named SL-4070-0306-711229.xml.
Meaning of the name:
▪ The new name is that of the ordered software license SL-4070-0306.
▪ The serial number is 711229.
▪ The new file is an xml file.
Performing upgrade
Start cmd.exe and run batch file:
tclicence.bat <License file> <IP address controller>
▪ The license is automatically copied to the right location in the controller.
▪ The license is activated.
▪ A restart of the application is initiated.
7 Maintenance and Service
The device IF-4735 does not require any regular maintenance.
Use an off-the-shelf glass or plastic cleaning agent for cleaning. For touch displays, we recommend using
methylated spirit or an anti-bacterial cleaning agent for plastic materials.
Do not use cleaning agents that contain benzine or solvents.
Conduct the device tests prescribed by law.
