Configuring ATS1170 remotely
Select menu 19 (installer programming menu). Go to menu 28–To Remote
Devices. The following information will appear in the RAS display:
Remote Type, 1-DGP 2-RAS
Type No:
Press 2–RAS and press Enter. The following display will appear:
Remote RAS Setup
Remote No: _
Key in the remote number (RAS number) and press Enter.
The RAS display will then show:
Smart Door Controller
0-Exit Menu:
Key in the required ATS1170 menu number and press Enter to commence
programming. You can scroll up and down the menus by using the Enter and the
Menu* keys.
Relay unlock time programming
Select menu 1–Unlock Time and press Enter. The following will be displayed:
1-Unlock Time 005 Seconds
Time: _
(default)
Press Enter to type in a time in seconds from 0 to 255 to activate the relay to
open a door, and press Enter. Press Enter again to return to the main menu.
Request To Exit button programming
Select menu 2–Request To Exit control, and press Enter.
The display will show one of the following:
No Request To Exit
*-Change #-Exit
— or —
Only Request To Exit
*-Change #-Exit
(default)
— or —
RTE + Arm/Disarm
*-Change #-Exit
DO NOT USE!
Only Request to Exit will operate with any single pole push button connected to
the Request To Exit input on the J1 connector.
