3. Check xGenConnect is the primary controller and a secondary controller is
already learnt in to xGenConnect. xGenConnect in Primary Controller mode
has Add, Remove, Cancel, Shift, and Include buttons.
4. Press the Shift button on xGenConnect (the Primary Controller).
5. Press the Exclude button on the Secondary Controller.
