3 Download the firmware upgrade file (.bin) to your PC:
a Go to www.intermec.com.
b Click Support > Downloads.
c Use the Product Category, Product Family, and Product
fields, to select the printer model.
d Click Submit. The available software appears.
e Download the latest firmware version to your PC.
f Extract the .zip file to a folder on your PC.
4 Start PrintSet. The Intermec PrintSet dialog box appears.

5 Under My Printers, click the printer whose firmware you want to
upgrade.
6 Under Printer Tasks in the right-hand column, click Firmware
Wizard.
7 Click Next.The Firmware Wizard dialog box appears.
8 Click Browse and navigate to the firmware upgrade file (.bin).
Wait approximately 5 minutes for the firmware upgrade to finish.
