What to do if my INVENTOR EVI-12 unit can not run?
    • T
      Timothy EstradaAug 17, 2025
If your INVENTOR Air Conditioner unit doesn't run, check if the power has been shut down, the power plug is loose, or the circuit protection device has tripped. Also, verify if the voltage is too high or low (tested by professionals) and ensure the TIMER is correctly used.
  • D
    dtaylorAug 19, 2025
Why is the cooling or heating efficiency of my INVENTOR Air Conditioner not good?
    • B
      brandonbaldwinAug 20, 2025
If the cooling or heating efficiency of your INVENTOR Air Conditioner is not good, consider the following: Is the temperature setting suitable? Are the inlet and outlet vents obstructed? Is the filter dirty? Are the windows and doors closed properly? Is the fan speed set at low? Are there any heat sources in the room?
  • K
    Kaitlyn MckeeAug 22, 2025
Why is there an unusual smell coming from my INVENTOR EVI-12 Air Conditioner outlet?
    • J
      James ByrdAug 22, 2025
An unusual smell from your INVENTOR Air Conditioner outlet could be due to smells accumulated in the ambient. Try cleaning the filter. If the problem persists, the air conditioner may need cleaning; in that case, contact an authorized maintenance center.

    cooknancyAug 25, 2025
Why is there water leakage in the outdoor unit of my INVENTOR EVI-12?
    • T
      Tonya DavisAug 26, 2025
Water leakage in the outdoor unit of your INVENTOR Air Conditioner can occur for several reasons. When running in COOL mode, condensation may form on the pipe and pipe connections. In Auto Defrosting mode, ice thaws and flows out. In HEAT mode, water adhered to the heat exchanger may drip off.
  • C
    Cassandra CollinsAug 27, 2025
Why is my INVENTOR EVI-12 indoor unit not delivering air?
    • J
      Jonathon RobersonAug 28, 2025
In HEAT mode, the indoor unit may stop delivering air to prevent blowing cool air when the indoor heat exchanger temperature is very low (within 2 minutes). Also, in HEAT mode, if the outdoor temperature is low or humidity is high, frost can form on the outdoor heat exchanger, causing the unit to automatically defrost, and the indoor unit will stop blowing air for 3-12 minutes. During defrosting, water may flow out or vapor may be produced. Finally, in dehumidifying mode, the indoor fan may stop to prevent condensed water from vaporizing again and to restrain temperature rising.
  • T
    Tonya ScottAug 30, 2025
Why does my INVENTOR EVI-12 Air Conditioner emit mist from the air outlet vent in COOL mode?
    • D
Dr. Tina Shaw DDSAug 30, 2025
Mist emitted from the air outlet vent in COOL mode of your INVENTOR Air Conditioner happens because the room air is swiftly cooled down. After running for a while, the indoor temperature and humidity will decrease, and the mist will disappear.
  • J
    joshua43Sep 2, 2025
What causes the noise from the indoor unit emitted by my INVENTOR EVI-12 Air Conditioner?
    • L
      Larry CollinsSep 2, 2025
The noise from the indoor unit of your INVENTOR Air Conditioner could be the sound of the fan or compressor relay switching on or off. It may also occur when defrosting starts or stops, due to refrigerant flowing in the reverse direction.
  • E
    Eric ValenzuelaSep 5, 2025
Why is there moisture on the air outlet vent of my INVENTOR EVI-12?
    • C
      Carla MartinezSep 5, 2025
If your INVENTOR Air Conditioner runs under high humidity for a long time, moisture may condense on the air outlet grill and drip off.
  • H
    Heather Chapman MDSep 7, 2025
Why does my INVENTOR EVI-12 make a creaking noise when starting or stopping?
    • A
      Autumn DouglasSep 7, 2025
The creaking noise heard when starting or stopping your INVENTOR Air Conditioner is due to the deformation of plastic caused by temperature changes.
  • T
    Tammy MontgomerySep 10, 2025
What is the sound of water flow I hear during the operation of my INVENTOR EVI-12?
    • R
      Ryan DavisSep 10, 2025
The sound of water flow you hear during the operation of your INVENTOR Air Conditioner is due to refrigerant flowing and is not a malfunction.
