If your Outdoor Shields® Pet Care Product by INVISIBLE FENCE isn't working, start by checking or replacing the Power Cap® unit in the Computer Collar® unit. Also, check the low battery indicator on the Outdoor Shields® transmitter; if it's flashing, replace the 4 alkaline D-batteries. Ensure the Computer Collar® unit fits properly, allowing direct skin contact with the posts. Finally, verify that the Computer Collar® unit is set to the same 7K or 10K as the Outdoor Shields® transmitter.
