4. Limitations and Exclusions
Ionic Systems shall not be responsible for any implied warranty, including those of
merchant ability and fitness for a particular purpose. Ionic Systems Ltd shall not be
responsible for any incidental or consequential damages including travel expense,
telephone charges, loss of income, loss of time, inconvenience, loss of use of the
equipment caused by the equipment and its failure to function properly. This warranty
sets out all of Ionic Systems Ltd’s responsibilities regarding the equipment.
