MACHINE OPERATION DAILY CARE
1. Fill Solution Tank. 1. Drain Recovery Tank
2. Ignition Switch On 2. Flush Recovery Tank with Clean
Water & Wipe Off Float Switch
3. Lower Brush Head by Foot 3. Remove Vacuum Filter & Wash
Pedal. Press Down & to Left with Clean Water.
4. Lower Squeegee 4. Remove Squeegee Assembly &
Clean – Ensure Blades are Clean
and Edges are
‘Sharp’
5. Remove Brushes or Pads & Clean.
Solution Flow
5. Select Forward Traction From Centre of
Brush.
6. Wipe Down Machine
6. Open Solution Flow Lever
7. Charge Batteries – On Board
or External Charger 24v x 20A.

Summary

Machine Operation

Fill Solution Tank

Fill the 40-litre solution tank for machine operation.

Ignition Switch On

Turn on the machine using the ignition switch.

Lower Brush Head

Use the foot pedal to lower the brush head.

Lower Squeegee

Lower the squeegee for water collection.

Select Forward Traction

Choose the desired forward traction setting.

Open Solution Flow Lever

Engage the solution flow lever.

Daily Care

Drain Recovery Tank

Empty the 50-litre recovery tank.

Flush Recovery Tank

Flush the recovery tank with clean water and clean the float switch.

Clean Vacuum Filter

Remove and wash the vacuum filter with clean water.

Clean Squeegee Assembly

Remove and clean the squeegee assembly, ensuring sharp blades.

Clean Brushes or Pads

Remove and clean brushes or pads, checking solution flow.

Wipe Down Machine

Clean the exterior of the machine.

Charge Batteries

Connect the machine to a charger for battery replenishment.

Changing Squeegee Blades

Locating and Changing Brushes
