Troubleshoot
Unable to pair the headset with my device
- Make sure that the headset is turned on and full charged
- Make sure that your devices Bluetooth function is turned on
- Make sure that the pairing function of the headset is activated
(the indicator flashes blue red light)
- Make sure the handset is close to your device
I cannot hear from the Earphone
- Make sure that the headset is turned on and full charged
- Make sure that the pairing between the headset and your device has been successful
completed
- Make sure the conversation has not been transferred to the phone
- Check the volume of the headset and the device
The headset is not Auto-Paired with my device
- Pair the headset with your device manually
- Turn off the device and re-turn it on
- Turn off the headset and re-turn it on
- Press multi-function button once
