      If the starter motor works but the engine doesn't start, consider these possibilities: * The cock of the fuel filter is closed: Open it. * There is no fuel: Replenish the fuel. * Water is trapped in the fuel: Drain the trapped water from the fuel filter. * Air is trapped in the fuel: Bleed the injection pump. * Fuel hoses are clogged: Clean the inside of the fuel hoses. * The fuel strainer is clogged: Wash or replace it. * Slow cranking speed: Charge the battery. * Insufficient pre-heating: Preheat for the specified time. * Throttle lever is in low speed position: Shift the throttle lever to middle speed position (middle of "Hi" and "Low"). * Too high engine oil viscosity: Replace it with one of lower viscosity. * Clogged air-cleaner: Clean element.
