If there's water trapped in the fuel, drain it from the fuel strainer. For air trapped in the fuel, bleed the injection pump. Clean any clogged fuel hoses or wash/replace a clogged fuel strainer. If the cranking speed is slow, charge the battery. Preheat for the specified time if there's insufficient pre-heating. Make sure the throttle lever is in the high-speed position and that the engine hood is closed securely. If the engine oil viscosity is too high, replace it with a lower viscosity one. Also, clean the air-cleaner element.
