Why has the filter performance reduced in my Ispring Water Dispenser?
    • M
      Mark IbarraJul 27, 2025
Reduced filter material performance in your Ispring Water Dispenser could be because the back wash flow rate is either too large or too small. Verify that the water pressure is between 20 and 125 psi.

Why is the water pressure low in my Ispring Water Dispenser?
    • M
      Mark WrightAug 1, 2025
Low water pressure in your Ispring Water Dispenser can occur due to a few reasons. It may be caused by iron or scale buildup in the line feeding the unit, in which case you should clean the pipes or add a WDS series or ED2000 before the system. Another cause could be iron buildup inside the valve or tank; to resolve this, clean the control and add resin cleaner to clean bed and increase regeneration frequency. Lastly, the inlet of control might be plugged due to foreign material; in this case, remove the piston and clean the control valve.

Why is the water quality poor from my Ispring WF150K Water Dispenser?
    • M
      Mario SnyderAug 4, 2025
Poor water quality in your Ispring Water Dispenser can stem from several causes. If the control valve clock is inaccurate due to a power failure, causing the regeneration start time to be changed, adjust the control valve’s current time. Poor source water quality can also be a factor; in this case, add an additional regeneration process. If the regeneration cycle setting is not optimal (regenerate too often or too little), adjust the regeneration cycle of the control valve. If the incoming water quality does not meet national municipal tap water standards, contact the relevant local water supply department or add WSP series, WGB series before the system.

What to do if my Ispring WF150K doesn't start regeneration?
    • D
Dr. Brittany Mcintyre MDAug 9, 2025
If your Ispring Water Dispenser fails to initiate a regeneration cycle, it could be due to a couple of reasons. First, check the electrical service, fuse, etc., to ensure there is a power supply. Second, if there was a power failure, you may need to reset the time.

How to fix incorrect regeneration start time on Ispring WF150K?
    • R
      Ricardo YoungAug 13, 2025
If the regeneration start time on your Ispring Water Dispenser is incorrect, it could be due to the control valve being inaccurate because of a power failure; if so, adjust the current time of the control valve. It could also be that the regeneration start time is set incorrectly, so adjust the regeneration start time.

    Steven BrownAug 18, 2025
Why is there no display on my Ispring Water Dispenser control valve?
    • L
      lowensAug 18, 2025
If the control valve on your Ispring Water Dispenser has no display, first check the power supply to ensure a regular or restored power supply, as the power adapter may not be plugged in or there may have been a power failure. If the power went off while regeneration, turn the bypass valve to the bypass position or close the control valve. If the issue persists, it may indicate a control valve failure, and you should contact your dealer.

    Dr. Anthony EdwardsAug 22, 2025
What to do if the water pressure is too high/low for Ispring WF150K Water Dispenser?
    • L
      Lisa HarrisAug 22, 2025
If the water system pressure for your Ispring Water Dispenser is either too low or too high, install pressure stabilization equipment.
