sensor return
Short bar sensor return to ground
HV transformer fails
Insulative coating on bar
Disconnect bar and reboot supply, if
supply reboots replace the bar
Make sure all bar connections comply
with Figure 13, and there are no
ground connections to the Shield
terminal. If all connections are
correct, then replace the bar
Replace supply
Thoroughly clean the bar to remove
any coatings that may be covering
points, sides of bar, or back of bar. If
condition continues, replace the bar
