4. Action Center
4.1 Sleep, Restart, and Shut Down
Forced Reset/Shutdown
If the device freezes, you can press and hold the Power button for 8-12
seconds. The device will shutdown automatically.
4.2 Action Center
When your device is not performing well, you can perform a Windows Reset.
(NOTE: This WILL erase all your data and revert back to factory settings)
First, click on the start icon, or press the key on your keyboard. This will
bring up the start menu. Select SETTINGS.
