Function Description

The J.Burrows Elite MS300 is a wireless mouse designed for general computer use. It offers both 2.4 GHz wireless connectivity via a USB receiver and Bluetooth connectivity, allowing for flexible pairing with various devices. The mouse features standard left and right buttons, a scroll wheel, and a mode button for switching between different connectivity options. It also includes an optical sensor for tracking movement and an On/Off switch to conserve battery. The mouse is rechargeable and comes with a charging cable.

Usage Features

Connectivity Options: The Elite MS300 supports two primary connection methods:

2.4 GHz Wireless: This method uses a USB-A / USB-C receiver. To connect, remove the magnetic top cover of the mouse, retrieve the USB receiver, reattach the top cover, and plug the receiver into an available USB port on your computer. Drivers will install automatically, and the mouse will be ready for use when the white selection light on the bottom flashes to the left of the button.
Bluetooth: The mouse supports Bluetooth 5.0 and can connect to two separate Bluetooth devices (BT1 and BT2).
- Pairing BT1: Press the round mode button and select BT1 (white light above the button). The white light will flash once. Then, hold the round button for more than three seconds until the white light flashes quickly. The mouse is then in Bluetooth pairing mode.
- Pairing BT2: Press the round mode button and select BT2 (white light to the right of the button). The white light will flash once. Then, hold the round button for more than three seconds until the white light flashes quickly. The mouse is then in Bluetooth pairing mode.
- Once in pairing mode, search for "Elite MS300" on your computer's Bluetooth device list and pair.

DPI Adjustment: The mouse's sensitivity (DPI) can be adjusted. To modify the DPI, press the left button and scroll wheel together for more than three seconds. The available DPI settings are 800, 1200, 1600, 2000, and 2400.

Power Management: The mouse has an On/Off switch to conserve battery life. It is recommended to turn off the mouse when not in use, especially before charging.

Maintenance Features

Charging: The Elite MS300 is equipped with a 300mAh Lithium rechargeable battery. It comes with a charging cable (USB-A / USB-C).

Charging Indicator:
- A red LED light will flash when the power is low.
- A blue LED light will be on when the mouse is charging.
- The LED light will turn off when the mouse is fully charged.
Charging Time: Full charging takes approximately 4 hours.
Pre-use: It is recommended to fully charge the mouse before its first use. Ensure the wireless mouse is turned off before charging.

USB Receiver Storage: The USB receiver can be conveniently stored inside the mouse by removing the magnetic top cover. This prevents loss when transporting the mouse.

Warranty Information (for Australian customers): Officeworks Ltd provides an 8-year warranty from the date of purchase against defects and non-performance as intended. If defects occur during this period, Officeworks will, at its discretion and expense, repair or replace the product. The warranty does not cover:

Cosmetic damage.
Damage caused by consumables (e.g., batteries).
Damage from non-compliance with instructions.
Damage from fair wear and tear.
Damage from unreasonable use.
Intentional or negligent damage.
Customer-attempted repairs. To make a claim, return the product with proof of purchase to an Officeworks store or contact 1300 633 423. This warranty is in addition to rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which provides for replacement or refund for major failures and compensation for foreseeable loss or damage, and repair or replacement for goods failing to be of acceptable quality where the failure is not major.
