10 PARTS CATALOG
10.1 HOW TO USE THE PARTS CATALOG _________________________________________
Abbreviations
N/S - Not serviced separately, can only be obtained
by ordering main component or kit.
AR -Variable quantity or measurement is required
to obtain correct adjustment.
Symbols such as ●, next to the item number,
indicate that a note exists which contain additional
information important in ordering that part.
Indented Items
Indented items indicate component parts that are
included as part of an assembly or another component.
These parts can be ordered separately or as part of the
main component.
10.2 TO ORDER PARTS _________________________________________________________
1. Write your full name and complete address on the
order.
2. Explain where and how to make shipment.
3. Give product number, name and serial number that is
stamped on the name plate or serial plate of your
product.
4. Order by the quantity desired, the part number, and
description of the part as given in the parts list.
5. Send or bring the order to an authorized Jacobsen
Distributor.
6. Inspect all shipments on receipt. If any parts are
damaged or missing, file a claim with the carrier
before accepting.
7. Do not return material without a letter of explanation,
listing the parts being returned. Transportation
charges must be prepaid.
