11. Turn off power to the swim spa at the circuit breaker, then drain the swim spa as out-
lined in Secon 13.2.
12. Refill the swim spa with clean tap water from the garden hose unl water covers all jets
but does not touch the boom of the lowest headrest with all headrests in their lowest
posion (DO NOT OVERFILL!)
CAUTION: TO DECREASE BUILD UP ON COMPONENTS AND MINIMIZE ACRYLIC DAMAGE!
Never fill with water from a water soener. If your water is extremely “hard”, it is
preferable to fill half way with hard water and the rest of the way with soened wa-
ter. Water that is too so can be corrosive to metal components.
13. Consult your authorized Jacuzzi dealer for chemical recommendaons, then add chemi-
cals to swim spa water to achieve a constant sanizer reading within the levels recom-
mended on the inside cover of this manual.
14. Turn on jet pumps when adding chemicals to ensure proper mixing and leave your swim
spa cover open unl the sanizer level becomes stable to protect pillows and plasc
knobs from chemical aack. Refer to the inside cover of this manual.

To decrease the risk of injury, drowning or entrapment, never leave your swim spa un-
aended for any reason while the cover is open and accessible, especially to small chil-
dren and animals.
To decrease the possibility of contracng a waterborne illness (e.g. an infecon, bacteria
or virus) and/or respiratory ailments, maintain water chemistry within step 6 parame-
ters. If you or other bathers experience such a condion, disconnue use and seek medi-
cal aenon.
