  If the JAGO Garage Door Opener remote transmitter isn't working, it could be due to a low battery. Try replacing the battery in the transmitter. Alternatively, the transmitter code might be lost, in which case you should re-program the transmitter.

  If your JAGO Garage Door Opener fails to open or close and the LED display is not lit, the power may be off. Make sure that the power is on. If the power is on, the fuse might be blown. In this case, replace the fuse.

  If your JAGO Garage Door Opener opens but won't close, it might be because the infrared beam is obstructed. Remove any obstructions that you find. Also, if the infrared photocell function is enabled, but the photocell hasn't been installed, make sure the infrared photocell function is disabled.
