Why are my Jandy and P8 Control Systems programs not running at the correct time?
    • S
      sarahzhangAug 17, 2025
If your Jandy Control System programs aren't running at the correct time, it's likely that the AquaLink RS is displaying an incorrect time and date. To fix this, set the correct time and date on the PDA Handheld Remote. Also, check the battery level in Diagnostics. If 'LOW BATTERY' is displayed, replace the battery at the Power Center to ensure the correct time and date are maintained.

    • T
      Tyler BarronSep 8, 2025
If the LCD screen display on your Jandy Control System stays on the startup screen, there may be no communication between the PDA Handheld Remote and the Power Center J-box. Change the Frequency Channel. See Section 3.7.3.

What to do if Jandy and P8 PDA is not communicating with the power center PCB?
    • M
      Michelle ArroyoSep 12, 2025
To solve communication issues between the PDA and the power center PCB in your Jandy Control System, check the two center wires (black & yellow) of the four-conductor cable to the transceiver J-box. Also, check the installation of the PPD on the power center PCB. The system will not communicate if the PPD is not seated correctly.
