Stitch Length
The stitch length (SL) may be adjusted depending on
the fabric weight and fiber content. Stitch length may
be set between 0.5 and 5. Set a shorter stitch length
for lightweight or sheer fabrics. Set a longer stitch
length for heavyweight or bulky fabrics.
NOTE:
Stitch length should be increased to 3.5 or 4 on heavy
fabrics or when sewing over bulky seams while
hemming.
