Securing seam
For fastening the ends of seams, press the Reverse
Button and sew several reverse stitches.
The machine sews in reverse as long as you press
and hold the Reverse Button.
Press the Reverse Button once when sewing the
Locka-Matic stitch (pattern 3) or Locking stitch (pattern 4)
so the machine will lock the stitch off and stop
automatically.
After finishing sewing, raise the presser foot and pull
the fabric to the rear.
Draw both needle and bobbin threads up and into the
Thread Cutter. The threads will be cut at the proper
length for starting the next seam.
