Cooking Guide (Deep Fryer & Steam Oven): The manual provides detailed cooking guides with recommended min-max weight, time, temperature, and whether sautéing is required for various food items like potatoes, meat, poultry, snacks, and baked goods for the deep fryer, and custard, shrimp, fish, rice, broccoli, corn, and spare ribs for the steam oven.

Tips:

  • Smaller ingredients generally require shorter cooking times.
  • Sautéing ingredients halfway through the cooking process optimizes results and prevents uneven baking.
  • Add a little oil to fresh potatoes for a crispy result.
  • Avoid preparing extremely fatty ingredients.
  • The deep fryer can also be used to reheat ingredients (e.g., 150°C for 10 minutes).
  • Ensure the quantity of food does not exceed the maximum level indicated in the basket to maintain cooking quality.
  • Verify cooking times and temperatures for different foods before simultaneous preparation.
  • The maximum quantity for each food item is half of the normal amount when cooking simultaneously.

Maintenance Features

Cleaning:

  1. Always clean your ELYSIAN after each use.
  2. Turn off and unplug the appliance. Allow it to cool completely before cleaning. Remove the basket to expedite cooling.
  3. Wipe the exterior with a damp cloth.
  4. The basket and grid are dishwasher safe. They can also be washed with hot soapy water and a non-abrasive sponge. Soak if necessary.
  5. Do not use metal kitchen utensils or abrasive cleaning products on the basket and grid.
  6. For stubborn dirt:
    • Mix 30 ml of baking soda with 15 ml of water to form a paste.
    • Apply the paste with a sponge to removable parts and scrub. Let it sit for 15 minutes before rinsing.
    • Wash removable parts with water and soap before use.
  7. Clean the interior with a damp, non-abrasive sponge or cloth. Do not immerse in water.
  8. Use a soft cleaning brush to remove food residue from the heating element, being careful not to damage it.
