Some ingredients may need to be sautéed [FIG. 9] during the deep frying. To sauté the
ingredients, you pull the basket out of the deep fryer using the handle and shake it. Then
carefully place the basket back in the device.
1. When you hear an alarm signal it means that the preparation time has passed. Pull the
basked out of the device.
2. Check if the ingredients are nished. If this is not the case you place the basket back in the
device and set the timer to a few minutes.
3. Empty the basket in a bowl or on a plate. Use tongs to remove big or fragile ingredients.
Be careful not to burn yourself.
