a Excessive damage or wear.
a Gear teeth unevenly worn.
a Crankshaft does not rotate freely in the bearings.
a Sliding surface scratched or unevenly worn.
a Pressure marks present.
b Flaking surfaces.
c Unevenly worn.
† If any of these components show signs of the conditions listed, renew the complete gear assembly.
