Valve Block
The following procedures should be carried out with the
backhoe removed from the Robot Skid Steer machine.
Removal and Replacement
1 Remove the two control lever knobs A by gently tapping
upwards.
2 Remove screws B (4 off) and C (2 off) and slide cover
D up and off the control levers.
3 Disconnect all the hoses from the valve block, making
sure to identify their mounting positions for replacement
purposes. Cap the ports and hoses to prevent the
ingress of dirt and moisture.
4 From the bottom of both operating levers, remove nuts
E and disconnect linkages F from the valve block
spools.
5 Remove mounting screws G (4 off) and lift the valve
block clear.
6 Replacement is the reverse of removal. Tighten all
screws firmly, but do not overtighten.
