Function Description
The Temperature Chamber is designed for precise control of temperature and, in some models, humidity, for various testing and research applications. It offers both fixed-point (FIX Run) and multi-segment program (PROG Mode) operations. The chamber is suitable for a wide range of industries, including pharmaceutical, electronic, automotive, quality assurance, aircraft, chemical, mechanical engineering, plastic, secondary battery, solar energy, transport/traffic, semi-conductor, test laboratories, military engineering, and construction materials.
Key functional components include:
- Controller: An LCD display screen with graphic capabilities for setting and monitoring temperature and humidity parameters. It supports up to 100 programmable segments and 30 patterns.
- Recorder (Optional): A 6-point recorder for data logging, capable of storing temperature and humidity values and profiles. It supports recording ranges from -60 to 150°C and 0 to 100% RH, with various paper widths and recording types.
- Cool Air Inhalation & Hot Air Ventilation Hole: Designed for efficient air circulation, cooling, and heating within the chamber.
- Access Port: Basic ∅50mm ports are standard, with optional ∅50mm or ∅80mm ports available for passing power cables or test samples.
- Condensing Air Ventilation Hole: Perforated plates on the left side and bottom of the rear part of the unit facilitate air circulation and pre-filter and air-blowing.

- General Maintenance: The manual covers light corrective maintenance. Any installation, service procedure, or other maintenance should only be undertaken by a factory-trained technician.
- Pre-Start-up Checks: Before operation, users must ensure all electrical connections are tight, drain hoses are properly connected, caster feet are lowered and locked, the unit is level, and no flammable or explosive liquids are inside the chamber.
- Daily Checks: Observe all warning labels, check voltage, phase, and power supply, ensure proper grounding, and avoid inserting multiple plugs into outlets.
- Weekly Checks: Clean the chamber with a strong cleanser and soft cloth.
